One step at a time and one goal at a time is all it takes. Working with a coach can help people experience breakthrough and life transformation in  thinking, values, and in finding life’s purpose. Life coaching is spending positive energy focusing on the here and now, setting practical and obtainable goals, and achieving success.

As your coach, I will work with you to identify the steps to take to make positive changes, improve relationships, communication, and effectiveness. I will be your support as you face and overcome struggles or a challenge. I will be your biggest supporter when you celebrate your success as well. I will listen, and by asking questions, help you find the solution that is right for you.

With my support,guidance, and energy, my goal is to empower you to live a life full of abundance, purpose, and direction.

I feel confident that my personal background (over 25 years in recovery from addictions) and professional experience (over 20 years in Human Services, Case Management, Small Group Ministries/Leadership, Youth Programs and Ministries, Community Involvement, Volunteer work) will enhance our coaching experience.  With my support, guidance, and energy,  you can empower your life and live it with abundance, purpose, and direction.
